ARTICLE X   SEAL, FISCAL YEAR AND ADVERTISING

SECTION 1.0   SEAL: The Chamber shall have a seal of such design as the Board may  adopt.  The seal shall be in the custody of the secretary.
       1.1   FISCAL YEAR: The Fiscal year shall commence on January 1st and end on   
               December 31st.
       1.2   ADVERTISING: The misuse of the name of the Chamber by members  is prohibited.
      

ARTICLE XI  ORDERS OF BUSINESS

SECTION  1.0  All meetings of the Chamber shall be conducted according to  Roberts' Rules of  Order.
 

ARTICLE XII AMENDMENTS

SECTION  1.0  These by-laws may be amended by a  majority vote of  a quorum of Chamber members in good standing. This may be at any regular meeting, or at any special   meeting plainly called for that purpose.


ARTICLE XIII DISSOLUTION 

SECTION  1.0  In the event the Chamber dissolves,   all remaining funds shall be distributed to  one or more regularly organized and qualified charitable,  educational, scientific or philanthropic organizations to be selected by the  Board.
