Salem International University, a private four-year liberal arts institution in Salem, offers students the opportunity to interact daily with people of different cultures. SIU operates on a flexible modular calendar that facilitates admission on a rolling basis throughout the year. Students may enroll at any time and can choose to attend all year long to accelerate their degree completion—some students can finish in as little as three years—or to take summer breaks and finish in the more traditional four years.
