FHLBank Pittsburgh and its partners have developed Blueprint Communities, a revitalization and leadership initiative that serves as a catalyst for creating sustainable communities in our region. Salem is proud to have been selected as one of ten Blueprint Communities in West Virginia! Team leaders have participated in training on leadership throughout the year as we work to build a better community.
